Information about the position

We're looking for a strong English-speaking content designer with a number of years experience to join our Content Design & Localisation team.

We see content design as a specialist competence that works best when you are embedded into your own dedicated area of ownership. In this role, youll be responsible for supporting our Help Experience domain as an actively involved content design partner not a service provider.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of writing copy for Help Experience product flows, and knows how to translate this into high quality UX writing in a way that delivers the best possible experience for our members.

In this position, youll

  • Take end-to-end ownership of all content design needs within Help Experience domain, and proactively lead and drive content initiatives.
  • Research, create, test, launch, and iterate copy and wireframes for user interfaces and landing pages, while partnering closely with teams such as design, localisation, DSA, product, legal and customer support.
  • Uphold quality and consistency by ensuring that copy is aligned with Vinteds UI style guide, UX writing principles, and brand identity.
  • Sets an example of UX writing and content design best practice, and be a keen advocate for accessibility, localisation, and member-centricity.
  • Identify opportunities and lead strategic content initiatives to add value to Vinteds overall user experience.

About you

  • A strong English speaker
  • A number of years experience in Content Design or UX writing roles, based in Product or Design.
  • Highly experienced in putting a broad-range of technical content design skills into practice, e.g. accessibility compliance, reworking IA, wireframes and schematics, feature naming, etc.
  • Bonus : youve worked with support-related features such as chatbots or conversation design, live chat interfaces, etc.
  • Deeply understand the importance of working closely with localisations to ensure delivery of first-rate UI copy across all languages.
  • Fluency in other Vinted market languages such as French, German, Spanish or Italian is a plus.
