Your Role
As a SAP Consultant for Inhouse Repair you will be responsible for the global Inhouse Repair process in SAP S / 4 HANA for the Service to Customer (S2C) area
An exciting transformation project awaits you, in which the transition from the existing SAP ECC to SAP S / 4 HANA takes place, where you will be mainly responsible for the Inhouse Repair process. Your Tasks :
You will actively contribute on our global transformation program from SAP ECC to SAP S / 4 HANA and support the standardization and simplification of our global process landscape
In your role you are the central IT contact person for our business groups in the area “Service to Customer”, mainly for Inhouse Repair process
You will work closely with the business groups to collect, review, and prioritize business needs (blueprints and functional specifications) in the service area for our ongoing SAP S / 4 HANA implementations and rollouts and you will also coordinate the implementation with required parties
You are responsible for the creation of blueprints and functional / technical specifications in the service area for our ongoing SAP S / 4 HANA implementations and rollouts
Customization of Inhouse Repair functionalities within SAP S / 4 HANA is your daily business
You are in close coordination and collaboration with our internal and external consultants in a dynamic project environment
You enjoy preparing and conducting training sessions of end users within SAP S / 4 HANA services processes and support our business after go-live
Your area of responsibility also includes building strong relationships with cross-functional IT departments (logistics, purchase, controlling, SAP CRM, Salesforce, Integration platform)
You will also work on the Integration processes for logistic / billing and / or controlling processes
Your Profile
You have a degree in business informatics, business administration, or a similar subject area
You already have profound knowledge of services processes like service execution, Inhouse Repair and return management
You have already experience in the implementation and customization of Service processes, mainly for Inhouse Repair process area
Knowledge in the related processes such as logistics execution, sales and distribution, controlling and procurement such as invoicing, controlling integration, subcontracting, EWM integration / Interface experience into other CRM systems, SAP CRM and especially Salesforce are no hurdle for you
You do have knowledge about the latest SAP S / 4 HANA development standards and technologies (ABAP, CPI, BTP, CDS, CAP)
Experience with agile project management and the related tool set is preferred (Jira, SAP Solution Manager / Focused Build, Signavio )
Your strengths include analytical and conceptual thinking, as well as working in cross-functional teams
A strong ability to work in an international team, paired with a consulting orientation and communication skills are a matter of course for you
Particularly good knowledge of German and English round off your profile
