Job Description

You are responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous group-wide improvement of the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process.
You drive the digital transformation of the entire P2P process chain, considering the existing technical systems landscape and beyond.
You act as the central point of contact for the accounting department.
You create value by enabling finance teams to effectively use and integrate various cross-functional processes and tools (ERP, E-Procurement, Tableau, MS Office & SharePoint, DMS, etc.).
You conduct in-depth process analyses to understand the needs of all stakeholders and assess the impact of processes.
You provide on-site support and assistance during the implementation and go-live phases of key projects.

Qualifications

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Controlling.

You have at least 2 years of experience in a financial environment, ideally within a fast-growing company or a consulting firm.

You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills, along with a holistic understanding of the P2P process.

You have experience in implementing or working with ERP systems and other tools along the P2P process chain.

You are capable of working with cross-functional departments and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can express yourself fluently in English at a C1 level. German language skills are advantageous.
