Communicate CI through the plant organization, management of visual communication

Manage the CI project portfolio of the location. Reporting of progress development against Objectives, KPI’s, planning etc.

Serve as a project manager, depending upon project selection. Assist with project execution, provide functional input and identify functional resources

Responsible for integrating project, and process improvement achievements into daily activities of the plant

Perform data analyses as part of an integrated program of process control and designed experimentation

Possesses excellent communication skills with that ability to build consensus and sell ideas at all levels of the organization.

Familiar with statistics, determines the quality of data, is comfortable comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions and establishes effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions

Detailed operational IS skills, such as MS Office, SAP, statistical packages (e.g. Significant exposure to Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) and Kaizen principles

German and English fluently - verbal and writing
