Job Description :
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing machines and mechanical equipment. Under direct supervision, you will perform general preventative maintenance, conduct simple repairs, and assist with diagnosing mechanical issues to ensure optimal performance of equipment.

We offer the following shift options to accommodate various schedules :
1st Shift (Weekday) : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM2nd Shift (Weekday) : Monday to Friday, 3 : 30 PM - 12 : 00 AM3rd Shift (Weekday) : Sunday to Thursday, 11 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM1st Shift (Weekend) : Friday to Sunday, 4 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM2nd Shift (Weekend) : Friday to Sunday, 4 : 00 PM - 4 : 00 AMThe shift differential is $0.75 for Weekday and Weekend 2nd and 3rd shifts.Flexibility with shift changes and overtime opportunities may also be available, depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Preventive Maintenance & Repairs : Perform basic preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing machines and mechanical equipment using hand tools and power tools.Troubleshooting & Diagnostics : Assist in diagnosing mechanical issues, referencing blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as needed to determine the best course of action for repairs.Equipment Inspection & Maintenance : Inspect various components such as drives, motors, and belts. Check fluid levels, replace filters, and perform other maintenance actions following detailed checklists.Component Replacement : Repair or replace defective equipment parts as necessary, reassemble machinery after repairs, and test equipment to ensure proper function.Machine Malfunction Diagnostics : Assist with inspecting, operating, and testing machinery to identify malfunctions and recommend corrective actions.Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical education or certifications are a plus.Minimum 0-1 years of related maintenance experienceElectrical License is required for Maintenance Technicians at the Maintenance 2 and 3 levels.Skills :
Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, uses, repair, and maintenance.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify effective solutions.Ability to use logic and reasoning to evaluate alternative solutions to mechanical problems.Basic understanding of technical instructions, blueprints, and schematics accuracy.Knowledge of test procedures.Developing ability to be able to troubleshoot and solve problems with direct supervision.For Maintenance 2 & 3 Levels :
Electrical License is required for Maintenance Technicians at the Maintenance 2 and 3 levels.Maintenance apprenticeship, journeyman status, or any licenses related to trade programs are highly preferred.Physical Requirements :
Ability to move items weighing up to 50 lbs.Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, which may include working in confined spaces, standing for extended periods, and using hand tools and power tools.Lennox Values Diversity :
