AI Governance Specialist

In the role of AI Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring AI applications within our company (including the EU AI Act). You will ensure that all AI systems are used reliably, transparently, and ethically.

About the Role

Your main tasks will include :

• Developing guidelines, standards, and processes for the responsible use of AI and implementing them throughout the company.
• Analyzing regulatory requirements and ensuring that all AI projects comply with the law.
• Conducting regular audits and risk analyses and monitoring compliance with compliance requirements.
• Coordinating interdisciplinary dialogue between specialist departments, data protection, IT security, and external partners.
• Designing, updating, and organizing training courses and internal awareness measures.
• Advising managers and project teams on questions relating to the ethical, legal, and technical evaluation of AI systems.
• Structured recording and modeling of business processes using the BPMN methodology.
• Analyzing existing processes, their graphical representation using BPMN, and supporting in optimizing processes within the company in the context of data governance.
