Your tasks:
- You are responsible for planning and coordinating service assignments in terms of priority, deadlines and capacity
- You organize, plan and coordinate internal and external resources and ensure that everything runs smoothly
- You create and track quotations for our service calls, repairs and spare parts
- You enter orders in SAP and create documents such as delivery bills and invoices
- You work closely with the internal interfaces, such as Order Management and Logistics
- You support internal optimization projects
Your profile:
- You have completed technical vocational training, ideally with further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) or comparable skills and knowledge acquired in practice
- You have gained initial professional experience in an industrial service environment
- You are service-oriented, enjoy working in a team and have a structured and analytical way of working and good communication skills
- You are confident in using MS Office and have experience in working with ERP systems
- Fluent written and spoken German and English are essential in an international environment
