Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop the engineering team for a biopharma production site, including facilities like bioproduction buildings, QC, and warehouses.
- Build and implement short-term, mid-term, and long-term engineering roadmaps.
- Conduct critical assessments of engineering, maintenance, and commissioning processes to improve efficiency.
- Align team structures and workflows to maximize team strengths and productivity.
- Ensure resources and tools meet industry best practices and project objectives.
- Provide technical guidance on clean utilities, WFI systems, and other critical engineering systems.
