Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to airline services via phone email and chat.
  • Provide professional empathetic and effective solutions to customer concerns.

Requirements :

  • Native or fluent German speaker with fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in customer service (preferred).
  • A proactive problemsolving mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency; ECDL certification is a plus.
  • Flexible schedule willing to work shifts from Monday to Sunday.
