To strengthen our NextPharma team at one of our locations (100% remote possible), we are currently looking for a :

Legal Counsel Compliance (m / f / d)

Weekly working hours : 20-40 hrs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implementation and Maintainance of a structured Compliance Program, including risk management, internal controls, internal revision and training
• Development of Policy Management Processes
• Control and management of Whistleblowing system and strengthen other reporting processes
• Prepare compliance reports, analysis and documentation for stakeholders
• Promote compliance awareness and knowledge via training and communication
• Execute controls and reporting (e.G. KYC and internal audits)
• Coordinate legal change management (monitoring legislation processes)
• Assist with governance documentation, audits and data privacy tasks
• Support legal team with contract reviews (commercial, development and governance related)
• Reporting to Global Head of Legal
