Full time contractual Role : 12 Months

Your new challenges :

Negotiate and manage logistics : Handle terms conditions and performance tracking for shipments across Europe while exploring potential new service providers.

Coordinate shipments : Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders addressing shipmentrelated inquiries and ensuring smooth communication.

Administrative support : Maintain Transport Management System (TMS) creating and updating shipment / transport orders control accuracy and completeness of execution.

Optimize operations : Leverage ERP and TMS tools to ensure efficient shipment flow and high service levels.

Qualifications : Your profile :

Education & experience : Vocational training in logistics with 23 years of international experience as a logistics or transport specialist.

Industry knowledge : Strong understanding of Logistic Service Providers shipment methods and experience with ERP (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) and TMS applications beyond basic operations.

Communication skills : Fluent in English for international collaboration; additional languages especially Italian are a plus.

Continuous improvement : Proactively challenge processes to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction.
