Google Workspace and Cloud Collaboration Administrator / Consultant (All Genders)

As a Google Workspace & Cloud Identity Engineer, you will help our clients build secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructures in Google Workspace. Your role involves managing and optimizing existing setups, onboarding new customers from other collaboration platforms, conducting technical workshops, and providing support for Google Workspace-related requests. With your expertise in Google Cloud you know how Google Cloud and Google Workspace interrelate and how you can leverage Cloud Identity to improve security and optimize IT operations. You are part of our cloud engineering team.

Tasks

Lead Google Workspace services : You are responsible for our services around Google Workspace incl. management of infrastructures in Google Workspace and onboarding of new customers to Google Workspace

Implement Cloud Identity : You will configure services in Google Cloud that are related to Google Workspace such as Cloud Identity

Run Workspace migrations : You will onboard new customers e.g. from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace by running Google Workspace Migrate

Collaborate across teams : You will work together with our cloud engineers, business development, and inside sales team to improve existing and develop new collaboration solutions

Stay up-to-date : You stay informed about innovations in Google Workspace and actively share your knowledge within and outside of Digitl

Qualifications

IT background : Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field or a 3-year apprenticeship as an IT specialist

Experience : 2+ years experience managing Google Workspace and / or Google Cloud environments

Certifications : Certified Associate Google Workspace Administrator is preferred, but not required. If you do not have it yet, we will support you in obtaining it on the job. Additional certifications are a plus :

Certified Associate Google Cloud Engineer

Certified Professional Google Cloud Architect

Communication skills : Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in both verbal and written English. Fluency in German is preferred, but not required

Team player : Passion for knowledge-sharing and working in cross-functional teams

Bonus : Interest in administration of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (optional)
