As Product Manager (m / f / d) in the growth domain at ToolTime youll spearhead the development of a product with the potential to reshape the future of tradespeople businesses. Joining our dynamic and fastpaced product team youll drive every stage of the product development process from discovery to release.
This position is limitedterm until October 2026.
- Your Tasks
- Define a visionary strategy and roadmap for our growth features aligned with our organizational and business goals
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional peers in a dedicated product squad to craft innovative solutions that continually enhance customer value and satisfaction
- Lead the charge in setting up and executing experiments in collaboration with marketing and gotomarket teams to validate product concepts swiftly and drive revenue growth
- Identify and overcome bottlenecks to optimize speed and value delivery all while balancing the needs of internal stakeholders
- Drive user research initiatives to gain insights into feature complexity and feasibility risks ensuring were always moving forward with informed decisions
- Monitor analyze and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and product development progress to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments and our product and product engineering leadership to define requirements for features on the product roadmap
- Cultivate strong relationships and open communication channels to ensure alignment successful product delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Your Profile
2 years of product management experience in a datadriven fastpaced environment preferably within a B2B / SaaS startupProven expertise in leveraging innovative growth hacking strategies to rapidly scale product adoption drive revenue growth and outmaneuver competitors in dynamic market landscapesA track record of creatively using datadriven insights and emerging technologies to engineer exponential user acquisition and engagementProficiency in collaboratively setting ambitious and actionable goals with the team while also demonstrating the autonomy to drive forward individual initiatives that align seamlessly with overarching company objectivesExceptional prioritization skills and a relentless drive to continuously improve our productStrong interpersonal and team management skills coupled with a passion for motivating teams to deliver highquality product featuresExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesFluent English skills German is a plusOur Promise
