Join us as our Legal Counsel and play an important role in shaping the legal environment of our dynamic and fast-growing company. In this position, you will help develop and strengthen our legal function, focusing on building a comprehensive legal and compliance framework that supports our ambitious growth initiatives and international operations.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement the legal and compliance framework necessary to support the company's growth initiatives and corporate governance
  • Provide legal support and guidance on various aspects of the company’s operations, including compliance, and regulatory issues
  • Collaborate with different functions across the company, including GTM and marketing teams, to identify and mitigate potential legal risks related to international operations.
  • Establish processes and structures for internal legal functions, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness in managing legal matters

You will be great for this position if you have

  • A legal degree and successful completion of the German State Exam (Staatsexamen).
  • Strong understanding of corporate law
  • Experience working in a law firm, preferably with exposure to larger organizations or comparable financial institutions
  • Multinational experience is a plus
  • Available to work on-site in Berlin at least 4 days per week
  • Fluent in English, fluent in German is a plus
