We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) starting from mid february 2026for a period of up to 6 months. Become a part of our IT-HR team which plays a central role at HUGO BOSS as an interface between the international HR departments and other IT departments. Together with the HR Digitalization department we design HR processes - from conception to technical implementation.

What you can expect:

• An open team that supports you during your internship and promotes your further development
• Support in the agile further development of the HUGO BOSS Talent Management landscape as a member of the cross-functional Product Team
• Take over the global IT support of our existing HR systems incl. SAP HCM customizing & SuccessFactors configuration
• Participation in exciting projects including the coordination of project requirements the fine conception as well as the execution of functional tests

Your profile:

• Studying computer science / business informatics or a degree with a focus on HR (Bachelor or Master) and have already successfully completed the first semesters.
• Enthusiastic about HR and want to learn more about processes and systems.
• Work in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
• English skills on B1level
• Confident in using MS Office.
• Have teamwork and communication skills as well as the ability to take the initiative.
