Requirements -
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance of as-built documentation, HLDs, LLDs, Blueprints.
- They accompany the software development processes with proper documentation to ensure that all detailed designs and templates comply with network standards.
Your qualifications
- Completed university studies
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience with one or more alarm management systems to monitor different networks, such as : IBM Netcool, Impact, Comarch NGSA, CA Spectrum, eHealth
- Experience in creating various correlation logics and ticketing logics and recommending them to the customer to use the system effectively.
- Experience in mapping and configuring different protocols (SNMP, CORBA, SOAP, REST, etc.) for the integration of network elements into the systems.
- Experience in configuring different protocols such as SOAP, REST, etc. for the integration of the systems with external systems.
- Experience with complex rule changes, policy changes, automation of processes in the system.
- Experience in cluster / HA configuration, deployment on virtual infrastructure
- Expertise in fixed and mobile networks (2G, 3G, 4G).
- Knowledge of cloud architecture and databases
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel throughout Germany
