Zur Vervollständigung unseres Teams suchen wir eine*n Head of Clinical Advisor Germany & Austria (m / w / x).

Du bist eine erfahrene Führungskraft, die unser Team von klinischen Beraterinnen und Beratern in Deutschland und Österreich leiten und weiterentwickeln wird.

Du wirst dabei als Head of Clinical Advisor eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Steuerung der klinischen Aktivitäten für ClearCorrect-Anwender*innen innerhalb des DE / AT Hubs einnehmen, das Team von klinischen Beraterinnen und Beratern in ganz Deutschland weiterentwickeln und zu schulen.

Du baust in dieser Rolle nachhaltige Beziehungen zu nationalen KOLs, Referent*innen und Markenbotschafter*innen auf und nimmst eine Schnittstelle ein zwischen klinischen, Marketing- und Vertriebsteams.

Die Rolle ist Teil des deutschen ClearCorrect-Führungsteams.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Schulung, Entwicklung und Bindung unseres Teams von klinischen Berater*innen in Deutschland und Österreich
  • Entwicklung und Einführung von klinischen Protokollen und Präferenzen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der EMEA Ortho Business Unit, um Anwender*innen bei der Erreichung klinischer Ergebnisse bestmöglich zu unterstützen
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Training & Education Team unterstützt du die Commercial-Organisation bei der Identifizierung und Entwicklung lokaler Mentor*innen und Referent*innen mit Schwerpunkt auf die erfolgreiche Anwendung von ClearCorrect
  • Du sammelst Feedback von Anwender*innen und teilst auf dieser Basis Best Practice und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten mit den Teams der Ortho-Geschäftsbereiche
  • Klinische Schulungen und Weiterbildungen für wichtige Anwender*innen über Online-Präsentationen und Workshops vor Ort
  • Schulung der Vertriebs-, Marketing- und Serviceteams im DE / AT-Hub hinsichtlich etablierter Behandlungsprotokolle, um die Anwender*innen bei der Patientenauswahl, der Behandlungsplanung, dem kieferorthopädischen Management und der Behebung klinischer Probleme zu unterstützen
  • Du besuchst gemeinsam mit dem Vertriebs- und Marketingteam wichtige Kund*innen und KOLs
  • Du bist Teil eines leistungsstarken Teams, das monatliche, vierteljährliche und jährliche Geschäftsergebnisse und Unternehmensziele erreicht

Dein Profil

  • Abschluss als Zahntechnikermeister*in oder Zahnmedizin
  • Erfahrung mit Aligner-Therapie und kieferorthopädische Kenntnisse
  • Mindestens 5-7 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens 2 Jahre in klinischen Themen
  • Erfahrung in der Ausbildung von Zahnärzt*innen und Kieferorthopäd*innen ist von Vorteil
  • Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Begeisterung für exzellenten Support und Service und ein hohes Maß an Vertriebs- und Kundenorientierung
  • Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen und kooperativen Arbeit in einer Matrixumgebung
  • Player-Learner-Mentalität, unternehmerisches und ergebnisorientiertes Mindset
  • Hohe Lernfähigkeit und Neugier auf neues Wissen sowie die Bereitschaft, das Gelernte weiterzugeben
  • Proaktives Denken, Übernahme von Verantwortung und can-do -Mentalität
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere der MS Office Tools
