Tasks & Responsibilities After Completion

Graduates of the Medical Assistant Ausbildung will be qualified to perform the following duties:

Welcoming patients registration and conducting initial consultations

Assisting doctors during medical examinations treatments and procedures

Organizing and coordinating patient appointments and internal workflows

Maintaining electronic patient records and managing medical documentation

Preparing medical findings reports and examination results

Performing laboratory tasks such as blood sampling urine analysis and sample preparation

Processing invoices and handling medical billing procedures

Managing orders for medical supplies medicines and practice materials

Informing patients about treatments medications and aftercare procedures

Providing first aid and assisting in emergency situations

Ensuring hygiene and safety standards including cleaning and disinfecting instruments and rooms

Requirements

Eligibility & Requirements

Educational & Age Criteria

Completion of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) / Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSSC)

Maximum age: 30 years

Language Requirement

German language proficiency at B2 level (CEFR)

Good oral and written communication skills

Interest in medical procedures diseases and treatment methods

Technical understanding and ability to handle medical equipment
