Our globally trusted client in the life sciences sector is looking for a Senior SAP Controlling, Material Ledger Manager to lead transformative financial strategies, innovate SAP processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable business excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Profitability Analysis and SAP Modules : Manage SAP Controlling modules, including :
Costing / Material Ledger (ML)
Overhead Controlling (CO-OM)
Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC)
Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
Profit Center Accounting (EC-PCA)
Investment Management (IM)
Drive SAP S / 4HANA Implementation : Lead implementation efforts, integrating AI-driven insights for improved decision-making and financial forecasting.
Streamline Global Processes : Collaborate with international teams to simplify and innovate SAP-based workflows.
Enhance Reporting Excellence : Deliver comprehensive internal, local, and corporate reporting aligned with business objectives and industry standards.
Optimize SAP Controlling Integration : Assess and address implications across SAP Controlling-related modules to ensure seamless operations.

Daily Duties

Oversee and manage controlling processes to provide actionable insights and improve profitability analysis for diverse products and markets.

Leverage SAP expertise to design, implement, and enhance controlling functions, ensuring they meet global business needs.

Develop and deliver impactful reports for management and key stakeholders.

Support cross-functional teams in process design, problem-solving, and system optimization.

What We’re Looking For?

Educational Background & Expertise

Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

SAP Certification , with a focus on FI / CO and S / 4HANA .

Extensive expertise in SAP processes, functional management, and financial systems.

Professional Experience

10+ years of experience in SAP management, IT services, and S / 4HANA implementation .

Proven leadership in managing geographically distributed teams and large-scale SAP projects.

Deep understanding of SAP integration points and enterprise systems architecture .

Strong supplier management skills with the ability to align internal and external stakeholders.

Competencies

Strategic Competencies : IT governance, risk management, compliance, and business strategy alignment.

Technical Expertise : SAP Controlling modules, program and portfolio management, and process optimization.

Communication Skills : Ability to translate technical topics into actionable business strategies.
