As our Senior Performance Creative Strategist you define the creative systems behind our growth. You combine storytelling creative direction performance insights behavioral science and AI-driven workflows to turn ideas into scalable frameworks that drive both creative excellence and subscription growth.

If you love developing ideas shaping narratives crafting angles and then turning them into systems that perform this role gives you the space ownership and creative influence to do exactly that. Your Mission

Simple to state & meaningful to build :

Create a scalable AI-enabled creative system that elevates both the creative quality and performance of our paid social presence with Meta as the core channel besides other paid social & display channels.

You will focus on six core pillars :

Turn insights into ideas

• Translate platform signals and human insight into clear creative hypotheses
• Build repeatable creative frameworks (angles hooks narratives visual logic)
• Apply behavioral science (identity cues self-efficacy fresh start effect loss aversion) to shape messaging that resonates and reduces friction
• AI accelerates ideation expands narrative directions and supports early variation creation

Your Story

Youve spent the past years at the intersection of Creative Strategy short-form storytelling and Performance Creative. You think in ideas angles and narratives and you enjoy understanding how they perform.

Your background might be in creative strategy content / UGC direction performance creative concept development or a similar hybrid path. What matters is that you love shaping creative ideas that resonate and convert.

You bring :
