Become part of our vibrant Barcelona team and support an innovative Digital Marketing Ads platform designed to accelerate business growth worldwide. We are looking for a fluent German speaker with expertise in the local market to onboard promising companies, including those with unicorn potential. Your role will center on strengthening adoption, maintaining long-term relationships, reducing churn, and identifying upsell opportunities. Your Day-to-Day As a trusted account manager, you’ll lead clients through onboarding and deliver effective PPC strategies. You’ll also take ownership of sales-related tasks, including: Reaching out to new prospects via outbound calls to present Google Ads. Understanding customer goals and tailoring advertising solutions. Launching and optimizing campaigns for immediate and lasting results. Growing ad investments and driving upsells. Keeping client information up-to-date in the CRM. Managing a large number of customer calls daily. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Marketing or Communications a plus. C2 fluency in German and English . 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing , ideally in client-facing environments. Track record of working independently and consistently meeting targets. Experience in relationship management and CRM system improvement. Skilled at leveraging AI tools for personalization and efficiency. Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills. Proactive, confident, and motivated by goals. Able to collaborate effectively while working independently. Commercially minded with the ability to analyze trends and competitors. Strong customer focus and commitment to service quality. German Market Expertise Market Insight : Solid knowledge of German culture and business practices. Strategic Thinking : Ability to spot high-potential companies. Problem-Solving : Skilled in handling complex business challenges. Analytical Skills : Proficient in data and market interpretation. Relationship Building : Strong stakeholder management. Cultural Awareness : Navigating etiquette and nuances to establish trust. Organizational Navigation : Managing multi-layered stakeholder structures. Industry Knowledge : Understanding the German digital ad landscape to position Google Ads effectively. Inquiry Handling : Confident in addressing ROI and integration-related questions. Compliance Awareness : Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy requirements.
