In Summer 2025 Campus Founders opens its new building called GRAVITY with co-working and co-creation areas as well as a media studio, community and event spaces.

In your role as Marketing & Communication Manager at Campus Founders Ventures, you help to develop a stringent CI / CD appearance and to create awareness for the brand. You create communication and promotion materials in a B2B innovation environment with a sales driven approach.

Your fields of action in a glance :

  • You create communication and sales materials (design / text) as well as digital displays and print materials based on a defined CI / CD.
  • You are responsible for project planning and the creation of marketing schedules and you also take on the editorial planning of our content.
  • You work together with our marketing team on creative projects and support the social media & community team in content creation.
  • You collaborate with business development, sales, and partnerships in creating sales and promotional materials.
  • You advise and guide internal and external stakeholders throughout the project phases.
  • You coordinate and lead interdisciplinary project teams.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following :

  • You have completed a vocational training or a degree in marketing.

    • You complement your academic background with at least 2 years of professional experience in marketing or marketing project management.

  • You create visual content using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite and have good knowledge of standard Office tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, and HubSpot).
  • You are an organizational talent and enjoy adapting to new situations.
  • You work very responsibly, in a structured manner and reliably.
  • You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken, can ideally communicate in German and enjoy intercultural experiences.
