Inside Sales Representative – French Speaking

Our client, a leading provider of data and information services to the automotive industry, is part of a global organisation with a history of success in the automotive aftermarket. The Inside Sales Representative role is within their European operation, located in state-of-the-art headquarters in Cologne. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll join a dynamic team of around 10, operating in a fast-paced sales environment, generating new business over the phone. What you’ll need :

  • Proficiency in German and English is essential; additional French language skills are advantageous.
  • A passion for sales and a talent for providing first-class customer service.
  • Previous experience in a telephone sales environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high call volume.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Use Microsoft Dynamics to document activities and maintain customer data.
  • Manage your sales pipeline independently, acquiring new customers and processing assigned leads.
  • Participate in team events and trade fairs.
  • Identify customer challenges and needs and share this information with your colleagues.
