Your mission

The digital euro will redefine European payments. As a consultant at Publicis Sapient, you help banks, central banks and institutions prepare for this new financial era. You are responsible for project streams and lead teams in strategy and concept work. You translate complex economic and regulatory contexts into actionable transformation paths - and turn visions into reality.

• Servicing several customers as their PS "trusted advisor" and ensuring profitable annual growth
• Management of streams within European digital euro projects (strategy, policy, tech)
• Development of business models, governance frameworks and implementation strategies
• Advising banks, central banks and the public sector on CBDC architectures and interoperability
• Control of multidisciplinary teams from data, experience and engineering
• Thought leadership through publications and workshops with CxOs
• Develop well-founded hypotheses about future value creation strategies of your customers in the course of the introduction of digital currencies
• Establishing and maintaining relationships at the C/C-1 level to strategically shape your customers' transformation
• Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual booking targets and ensuring that contractual arrangements meet the defined commercial objectives

• 5-8 years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation or financial services
• In-depth knowledge of payments, tokenization or blockchain technologies
• Experience in managing complex, international projects
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with leadership qualities
• Excellent knowledge of English and German
