As a Sales and Marketing Specialist , you’ll work with both new and existing clients to create value, fuel business growth, and deliver measurable outcomes through tailored solutions. Role Overview: As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor to businesses looking to expand their reach and improve performance through digital solutions. From initial engagement through onboarding and early-stage growth, you’ll support clients throughout the journey—understanding their needs, recommending impactful strategies, and laying the groundwork for long-term success. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized business clients and support their growth goals Assess client objectives and challenges to propose customized, results-focused solutions Drive outreach, qualification, pitching, and closing, while supporting early account activation Build and maintain strong client relationships through phone, video meetings, and email Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by introducing relevant products and strategies Track KPIs, pipeline progress, and performance results to refine and improve sales tactics Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to activation and ongoing support Stay informed on market trends, digital advertising developments, and industry best practices Qualifications: Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1 level) Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing Skills: Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities Industry Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, technology, and digital advertising Mindset: Curious, motivated, and eager to continue learning and developing professionally Why Join Us?
