Due to exiting initiatives to strengthen our European organization even further, we are looking to hire a skilled D365 FO Functional Consultant, who wants to join our to join our amazing company and support our growth and scale-up ambitions.

Skills & Qualifications

To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a proven track record of working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (and / or AX) either from an internal role or from a consultative perspective.

You have an applicable educational background and relevant certifications and an already demonstrated capability in successfully driving international implementation projects.

We furthermore expect you to have in depth IT-competencies within the platform e.g. configuration, experience documenting requirements and matching solution within finance (required).

If you have knowledge of areas as fraud protection, supply chain, warehouse management and e-commerce it is seen as an advantage -but even more importantly your willing to learn and grow as we re growing.

As a person you are serviceminded and have a solid business acumen. You have a sharp eye for details and know the value of clear and effective communication and prioritizing.

Others probably describe you as a dependable, knowledge-sharing team-player, that cooperates well with individuals at all levels of an organization.

As AlfaPeople is an international consultancy it s required, that you have excellent communication skills and are fluent in German and English.

The position will be based at our office in Herford, but with an option to work in a flexible hybrid set-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Design functional business processes and solution architecture
• Establish overview of requirements defined by the customer
• Optimize business processes and perform testing and reporting
• Facilitate workshops with clients to analyse and design solutions
• Collaborate with developers to ensure that client needs are met
• Document, propose and discuss architecture and solutions options
• Consider customer business strategies, requirements and challenges
• Keep up your ninja skills and focus on relevant industry trends
