We are looking for corporate finance managers willing to join our high-performing, diverse, international finance team here in Hamburg supporting the senior corporate finance manager & area corporate finance manager in steering the financial direction of BAT, undertaking all strategic financial planning, and reporting to stakeholders and support on the execution of various corporate finance projects, while guiding junior corporate finance team members.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Financial planning & risk management
• Preparation of the financial statements both IFRS and HGB and YE reports following legal requirements for all German entities
• Managing the end-to-end intercompany recharging process
• Managing of fixed assets and leased assets reporting incl. engagement with relevant stakeholders
• Responsible that all financials are Audit and SOX compliant and also complying with internal control and governance procedures.
• Capital Management : Monitoring of Capital and Reserves & external reports for different stakeholders
• Project Management leading initiatives such as simplification / automation, standardization, etc.
• Leading a small team of corporate analysts & potentially a junior corporate finance manager
