We're looking for a dynamic, creative, and driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for supporting and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and contribute to sales growth.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about brand storytelling, digital marketing, and data-driven strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and in-store channels.
• Assist with creating engaging content for social media, email marketing, and website updates.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and agencies to develop campaign assets.
• Assist with analyzing campaign performance and provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms.
• Support trade marketing activities and promotional events.

What You’ll Bring

• 1–3 years of marketing experience (preferably within FMCG, retail, or lifestyle brands).
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Shopify/CMS).
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and make recommendations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Enthusiasm for innovation, trends, and consumer behaviour.
• Fluent in German and English (knowledge of Polish language is a plus)
