Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone email and chat

• Assist customers with account inquiries bookings changes cancellations and payments

• Resolve customer issues efficiently with a customer-focused approach

• Manage a high volume of customer interactions while ensuring quality

• Collaborate with remote team members to achieve service-level targets

Candidate Profile

• Dutch language: C1C2 level

• English: B2 level

• Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills

• Reliable self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
