We are hiring a Junior IT Helpdesk Support based in Marrakesh to provide on-site IT support for the local office and remote incident and request-based support for users in Luxembourg via an ITSM tool..

What will you do?

· Handle IT incidents and service requests for both Luxembourg and Marrakesh users through the ITSM tool

· On-site IMAC for the Marrakesh office: setup, deployment, and troubleshooting of user workstations and peripherals

· Proper ticket handling, documentation, and escalation when required

· Junior profile (0–2 years) in IT support or helpdesk

· Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and workplace IT environments

· Familiarity with ITSM tools is a plus

· Proactive and reliable: takes ownership of assigned tasks, follows through, and contributes to continuous improvement.

· Friendly attitude for an end user facing role.

· Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken), Moroccan Arabic (spoken), French (spoken)
