Senior Robotics Fullstack Engineer

Your mission

• You will be part of a cosy team called “Frontier.” Generally spoken, you will work in a distributed group in Scrum, to extend, and maintain a web-based application to administer, set up, and configure robot fleets. It's a bit like creating an RTS game in the browser.
• As a senior engineer, you act as a role model and mentor within the team. You provide consultancies, guidance, and knowledge for your colleagues. Apart from active sprint-work, you are in a close relation with Tech Leads, to play an active role to drive architectural, or other higher-level concepts. We also expect you to be active and visible in the cross-team dev community, to provide nice links, interesting articles, knowledge in general, and opportunities for others to grow.
• You are a perfect cultural fit, if you have fun working in a cross-functional and distributed team. You thrive in an open and collaborative space that values learning, pioneering, community, and technical excellence.

• You can read and write TypeScript, ECMAScript, CSS, HTML and you feel confident in these language's ecosystems.
• You look forward to challenges in either Rust, Python, or C++.
• You have experience working in Scrum or other agile methodologies.
• You know what “growth mindset” is and how you can bring yourself into one.
• You have engaged in formal, structured mentoring relations. In the best case, as the mentor.
• You consider yourself open and collaborative.
• You broke production at least once.
• You consider the codebase a tool to ship a product that brings value to users.
• You have a clear definition of ownership and a structured concept of how you take it.
• You are self-organized and have techniques to manage your time, prioritize tasks, and say “no”.

Bonus points, if this is also you

• You are experienced in Angular.
• You have a background in robotics.
• You feel confident to work in distributed teams.
• You have experience in working with TDD.
• You know cool CLI tools that you urgently need to share with us.
