To this end, we have developed the first AI-supported knowledge platform for industrial service. Thanks to this solution, our customers can collect and structure the expert knowledge of their experienced service employees and make it available to all employees — for excellent fault diagnosis and sustainable problem solving.

As a Venture Associate, you’ll play a core role in shaping our growth strategy, supporting our international market expansion, and partnering closely with founders and investors to scale our vision globally.

Your mission

• Support investor relations and fundraising activities, including market analysis, pitch development, and investment deck preparation.

• Drive strategic partnerships and ecosystem development with corporates, VC partners, and potential channel collaborators.

• Analyze market opportunities and competitive landscapes to inform product and expansion strategy.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to turn strategic insights into actionable plans.

• Help define and monitor key growth metrics, preparing regular business reviews and strategic recommendations.

• Represent findIQ externally at events, investor meetings, and industry forums.

What we expect

• 1–3+ years of experience in consulting, venture capital, corporate strategy, growth roles, or startup business development.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, financial modeling, or investment evaluation.

• Excellent communication skills — you can confidently tell a story, influence stakeholders, and deliver clear insights.

• Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with ambiguity — startups move quickly and priorities shift.

• Passion for industrial tech, AI, SaaS business models, and meaningful impact on real-world service operations.

• Bonus: Background in B2B tech, international markets, scaling high-growth teams, or working with investors.
