We are looking for an accomplished and visionary Senior Data Scientist (m/f/d) to work on our exiting projects that deliver first-class solutions powered by modern language models. This role involves full command of the technical stack necessary for development and deployment, collaborative work with stakeholders, and making the footprint in the company’s data science strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Contribution:
    • Collaborate with leadership in helping to shape and implement the company’s data science strategy
    • Identify strategic opportunities to leverage data for business value
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Command the full technical stack required for development and deployment
    • Develop and maintain scalable machine learning models and systems
    • Ensure robust data management and engineering practices for efficient data pipelines
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide insights
    • Communicate complex technical concepts also to non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in taking part and/or leading complex projects
  • Expertise in modern language models and machine learning frameworks
  • Practical experience with different LLM models of size and providers
  • Deep expertise in optimising LLM-based pipelines with regards to performance and costs
  • Mastering building agents across different tools and LLMs
  • Mastering LLM-based data capture and extraction
  • Experience with modern LLM-Supporting Frameworks and Tools
  • Proficiency in modern LLM Prompting techniques and approaches
  • Proficiency in building of evaluation pipelines with data-driven approaches
  • Experience with managing feedback training pipelines and fine-tuning
  • Strong command of programming languages such as Python, R or any strongly-typed computer language
  • Good knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop or any other commercial Data Warehouse and/or Data Lake technologies
  • Strong background in data architecture and database management
  • Extensive experience with data management and engineering tools
  • Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
