Your tasks

• Analysis and initial assessment of manufacturing-related technical problems
• Close collaboration with development, manufacturing and cross-site support teams
• Participation in relevant meetings and active collaboration in the cross-functional team
• Support in classifying manufacturing problems according to applicable process guidelines
• Coordination with technical configuration management to implement urgent changes
• Controlling and tracking changes within the change management process
• Participation in Change Review Boards and Change Implementation Boards
• Regular technical coordination with the core engineering departments
• Creation of precise status reports on problems and changes
• Escalation of critical technical issues to team and department management

Your profile

• Solid professional experience as a Systems Engineer or in a comparable technical role
• Several years of experience in the fields of systems and electrical engineering
• Solid practical experience in the production environment as well as in direct manufacturing support
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Broad technical understanding and strong technical judgment
• High motivation for professional development and taking on responsibility
• Proactive, goal-oriented and solution-oriented work style as well as strong communication skills
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
