Job Title: Sales Assistant (Third-Party Contractor) Job Location: (Düsseldorf, Germany) Main Responsibilities: Support sales management with project management, sales pipeline/progress tracking, meeting coordination, and employee training organization. Manage subscription data and sales forecasts, identify risks to targeted project achievement, and drive corrective action. Lead and track key projects, including risk identification, issue follow-up, and closure. Work with IT to develop and maintain digital dashboards to improve business data analysis efficiency. Oversee internal process controls and ensure compliance. Support PO authenticity checking. Requirements: Education background in bachelor's degree and above. Solid understanding of sales and business management. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong numerical sensitivity, logical thinking, and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and fast learning ability. Experience in project management, sales management, data analysis/decision support, or KPI management. Experience in process management. Excellent command of English and Chinese, multi-language skill is considered as an advantage.
