We are looking for fluent German speakers to join our international support team in Greece. Your Mission As our German Support Expert, you are the face of the brand. Youll solve problems, build trust, and ensure our customers have a seamless experience. Multichannel Support: Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat. Problem Solving: Identify needs and provide accurate, tailored solutions. Case Management: Document interactions and escalate technical queries to the right experts. Quality Excellence: Meet and exceed KPIs to maintain world-class service standards. What You Bring to the Table Language Mastery: Native or Fluent German (C1–C2) and solid English (B2) . Flexibility: Comfortable with rotational shifts (24/7 environment) to support our global users. Tech-Savvy: Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate internal systems efficiently. Right to Work: You must hold an EU Passport or a valid Greek Work Permit . Mindset: A customer-first attitude with a knack for solving puzzles.
