About the Role: Xperience Xscape Travels is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Client Support Agent . In this role, you will assist clients with vacation planning, booking support, destination information, and general travel assistance. You do not need prior travel industry experience — we provide complete training to help you succeed. If you enjoy helping others, love travel, and want a flexible work-from-home opportunity, this is the perfect role for you. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with travel questions through email, chat, or phone Provide basic travel information such as destinations, accommodations, and requirements Support booking modifications, cancellations, or updates Gather traveler preferences to help plan vacations Send confirmations, itineraries, and follow-up messages Take notes and maintain accurate records Provide friendly, professional customer service Learn and use the travel tools provided during training What We’re Looking For No experience required — beginners welcome Full training provided Strong verbal + written communication Comfortable using email and basic computer tools Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to learn Passion for travel or helping others Benefits 100% remote — work from anywhere Flexible schedule (perfect for students or parents) Full training included Travel discounts & industry perks Supportive team culture Growth opportunities No sales quotas or cold calling (unless you choose a sales-focused title)
