Are you ready to join our team and make an impact? Responsibilities Update and maintain employee records in the HRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Identify and correct inaccuracies or inconsistencies in the HRM system data to maintain the employee information Add new employee records, ensuring all required fields are completed Assist with the preparation of HR-IT related communications and documentation Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing support in data-related tasks and activities. Understand the entire HR Operational ecosystem and each stage of the employee lifecycle. Requirements Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HRM systems. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Experience with database management is a plus. Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written) is required, and knowledge in German is a plus. Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking capabilities is required. Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills. Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and €1,400 for an internship position.
