I am looking for Sales Development Representatives who are passionate about building strong customer relationships and contributing to the energy transition in Germany. This role offers the opportunity to work on a clear mission and represent a product that delivers real value to customers and to the environment. The company's modern office in Berlin Mitte serves as the hub for collaboration. The client strongly values on-site teamwork, shared learning, and maintaining momentum. Flexible working hours within an office-first model and 30 days of annual leave support a healthy work–life balance. In this position, the Sales Development Representative acts as the first point of contact for potential customers . Through initial conversations with managing directors and procurement decision-makers, the role focuses on presenting innovative solutions for efficient energy management—a critical topic for the European SME sector with a direct impact on sustainability and competitiveness. The objective of the role is to clearly communicate the company's core value proposition, making it tangible, compelling, and easy to understand from the very first interaction. You will: Take ownership of the initial phase of customer engagement by identifying decision-makers, establishing direct contact, and scheduling meetings for product presentations Conduct qualified discovery calls, develop a solid understanding of customer challenges, and present the product portfolio in a customer-focused manner Develop in-depth expertise in one of the world's largest and most dynamic markets. The energy sector is undergoing rapid transformation, and high-quality advisory is essential for industrial clients. This role sits at the center of knowledge, insight, and solution delivery You have: 1–2 years of experience in commercial roles such as sales, business development, or a similar function Native-level German and advanced proficiency in English Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders quickly, understand business needs, and position appropriate solutions convincingly Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness, and a high level of resilience Prior experience in the energy sector is an advantage ; a strong interest in the industry is essential Ability to remain focused and motivated despite setbacks Highly customer-oriented with a results-driven mindset Nice to have: experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems You can expect: Meaningful impact: The successful candidate will take ownership within a dynamic team and actively contribute to innovative products that support the energy transition and the decarbonization of industry.
