Key Responsibilities Implement the commercial strategy accross Europe, tailoring it to local market dynamics. Maintain a strong presence in the field to identify leads and close deals, ensuring maximised growth and profitability. Contribute to strategic planning by helping define the commercial strategy and develop a differentiated, market-relevant customer value proposition. Identify and analyse market trends such as sustainability and operational efficiency. Support customers in leveraging these trends to enhance their competitive positioning, strengthening role as a strategic partner. Develop and execute segment-specific sales action plans aligned with global objectives, using a hands-on approach to drive effective market penetration. Build and nurture strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor, fostering long-term, profitable partnerships. Monitor market performance , including market share, competitor activities, and total addressable market. Provide insights into pricing and market positioning to support informed decision-making. Deliver consistent and accurate sales forecasts to ensure visibility and control over the commercial pipeline. Promote and deliver technical solutions , contribute to product and service improvements, and manage contract renewals to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity. Knowledge & Experience Proven B2B experience, ideally across Construction, Logistics & Supply Chain, Automotive, Retail, and Home & Garden sectors. Comprehensive understanding of plastic processing and the broader value chain . Strong capability in value-based selling and delivering tailored technical solutions. Education: Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial or Chemical), ideally with relevance to the plastics sector. Professional Experience: 5–10 years of commercial experience within industrial environments. Experience within the plastic resins and moulding industry , particularly injection moulding. Languages: Proficiency in German and fluency in English are essential. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively accross Europe (minimum 50% of the time), with flexibility to increase travel as needed to secure business and foster client relationships.
