Job Title: IP Solution Manager - Enterprise (m/f/d) Job Location: (city, country) Multiple locations within Germany Main Responsibilities: Presale support including quotation, network design, proposal, pre-sale testing, etc. Responsible for supporting sales management and customers by establishing, developing and closing business opportunities in the field of Network solutions, including WLAN, switches and Routers, Firewall etc. Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with Enterprise customers and partners. Collect and analyze relevant marketing information. Enhance customer relationships. Promote full range of Huawei IP products and solutions to targeted customers. Create and deliver formal business proposals and presentations. Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with post-sales and R&D to ensure that these requirements are implemented in the products. Identify, quantify, and recommend action plan to address new business opportunities according to overall strategy. Requirements: Good knowledge in the fields of Datacom Technology (e.g., switch, router, wifi,etc.). Having a Huawei HCSX, HCIX certification or another vendor like CCIX certification will be a plus At least 3 years of technical pre-sales or post-sales working experience in DACH area. Ability to understand customer needs to target the desired solution. Respect and appreciation of customer requirements. Detailed knowledge of business models and market strategies management services. Excellent ability to collaborate with a variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing). Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking. Good presentation, collaboration, communication, interpersonal skills.
