Are you ready to join our team and make an impact? Responsibilities Assist the Retention team in managing the customer renewal process to enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates. Collaborate with account managers to gather and analyze customer feedback, identifying trends and insights that inform retention strategies. Support the preparation of reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to renewal rates and customer satisfaction to stakeholders. Help develop and implement communication strategies to effectively engage customers throughout the renewal process. Contribute ideas and insights during team meetings to enhance customer retention initiatives and promote long-term loyalty. Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and renewal documentation. Requirements Enrolled student at a university or college in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, or a related field. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for customer retention. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is a plus. Motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
