Job Description

• Reliability of supplyReporting of non-conformity (NCR)Implementation and realization of corrective actionsProactive avoidance of supply bottlenecks
• Continuous improvement and quality assuranceYield analysis and improvementProblem solving methodology and reporting (, 8D)Definition of corrective and improvement actionsDocument ownership (, control plan) and process control responsibility (stage gate processing)
• CommunicationInternal reporting on regular basisPreparation and presentation of corrective, improvement, and preventive actions and measuresCustomer reporting on regular basisSupport of customer case

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Photonics, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of VCSEL and Photo-Diode device physics, technologies, and applications.
• Proven track record in similar role
• Ability to present and report complex problems and solutions in English and German
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams
