Business Management IVM Analyst Investment Management Towers (m/f/d)

• Support the strategic development of tower/infrastructure business units including strategic positioning M&A activities and operational efficiency programs
• Manage analyze and further develop business plans forecasts and monthly financial reports
• Contribute to the evaluation of M&A opportunities including financing structures company valuation models and strategic rationale
• Provide analytical insights to define financial and business targets for management teams
• Support the preparation of board and supervisory board materials as well as executive-level presentations
• Participate in carve-out projects and structural transformation initiatives
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders investors and partners
• Conduct market competitive and industry analyses
• Translate complex data and findings into clear decision-making materials for senior leadership

• Completed university degree ideally in Business Administration Economics Finance or a related field
• Up to 3 years of professional experience in Corporate Finance Strategy M&A Private Equity or Management Consulting; infrastructure know-how is a strong plus
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills with solid knowledge of corporate finance principles
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen
• Basic understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus
