Role overview :

As part of Global Mobility Services, the Chauffeur Service provides exclusive executive transportation, ensuring the professional and suitable conveyance of the Board of Management, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and their guests. The chauffeur serves as a representative of Allianz and its senior leadership, upholding our standards. Additionally, the chauffeur is tasked with ensuring passenger safety, security and is an integral part of Global Mobility Services.

What you do:

• Safe, defensive, and traffic law-compliant driving.
• Carefully handle relevant operations and your vehicle inclusive maintenance, repairs, replacement of consumables.
• Trustful collaboration with all relevant partners.
• Provide close protection for board members, incl. travel, public events, and private engagements.
• Use secure, evasive, and defensive techniques while maintaining comfort and safety.
• Perform risk assessments and advance reconnaissance of locations and routes.
• Plan and accomplish contingency protocols and emergency response strategies.
• Maintain constant situational awareness and threat assessment.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, private security, and internal staff.
• Handle security equipment (radios, GPS tracking, surveillance tools).
• Deliver concise incident and activity status reports upon request
• Demonstrate professional conduct, readiness, and discretion
• Serving as an important liaison between the board and the secretariat, you are the primary contact for the secretariat regarding organizational and administrative tasks within your your responsibilities.
• You ensure your physical fitness through regular training.
• We place high expectations on the quality-of-service delivery.

What you bring:

• Background in executive protection, special forces (BKA, SG), military, law enforcement, or private security (5+ years).
• Driver License for Germany.
• Familiarity with working with top management.
• Professional skills in vehicle dynamics, defensive and tactical driving.
• Safety awareness.
• Knowledge of escape and evasive maneuvers.
• Experience with armored vehicles (B6/B7) is advantageous.
• Shows strong risk‑assessment skills and the capacity to adapt as conditions change
• Knowledge of vehicle technology, communication devices, and emergency equipment.
• Maintains composure and emotional stability in demanding situations
• Robust health & fitness (must pass a physical and psychological fitness assessment).
• Exhibits calmness and clarity under stress, supported by solid judgement and advanced problem‑solving skills.
• Shows strong capability in building effective relationships and communicating clearly
• Discretion & confidentiality — NDA.
• Effectively adjusts to rapidly evolving environments and time demands
• Certification as a Certified Security Driver (CSD e.g. from BSI, ISDA) is desirable.
• Proven professional training in areas such as Driving safety, First Aid, Medical emergency response (according to TCCC or equivalent), Safety-conscious behavior.
