Job Description

  • Build a strong understanding around the business products, processes and data sources
  • Identify business relevant ML use cases: running pilots, implementation in production, subsequent monitoring (e.g. for drift) and ideating additional data requirements
  • Develop and deploy Generative AI applications, including building AI Agents and Agentic Networks
  • Ensure that solutions developed have measurable business impact, are scalable and can be adapted to needs of different products / functions
  • Optimization of ML models and existing data pipelines for performance, ensuring model version control and experiment control
  • Manage Code Repositories using version control systems like Bitbucket/Git to maintain code quality and collaborative workflows
  • Stay updated with the advancements in the field of Data Science and determine their application

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree (e.g. data science, analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science or similar)
  • Around 1-2 years of professional experience in the field of data science
  • Experience translating domain knowledge into ML Projects and develop end-to-end ML pipelines
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI Agents, RAGs, LLM fine-tuning, and using frameworks such as HuggingFace, Langchain, and AI tools.
  • Coding knowledge in Python and SQL
  • Sound understanding of concepts and algorithms in the field of ML, both traditional and advanced
  • Experience in version control systems (e. g. Git/Bitbucket)
  • Experience in developing classical and neural network-based recommendation systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with orchestrating pipeline workflows using MLFlow or Kubeflow is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Tableau and A/B testing is a plus
