Product Compliance Manager (mfd)

• Regulatory Compliance:You ensure all EGYM products comply with relevant global regulations including but not limited to EU and US-compliance and the relevant industry-specific standards.
• Product Risk Management:You identify and assess potential product risks throughout the entire product lifecycle and implement measures to mitigate them. Experience with ISO 12100 is desired.
• Documentation and Reporting:You develop and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation including test reports technical files risk assessments and regulatory submissions. You prepare compliance reports for management review.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:You collaborate closely with product development engineering quality assurance and other teams to integrate compliance requirements into product design and development processes.
• Internal Audits and Training:You conduct internal audits to ensure compliance processes are followed across departments. You provide training to team members on regulatory and compliance standards as needed.
• Certification & Materials:You ideally bring experience - or an interest - in coordinating product testing with external labs and building out material compliance workflows (RoHS/REACH).
