Task Responsibilities :

Investigate as-is situation and follow the RFP process for global ground transportation
Support Category Lead in creating a category strategy for catering and ground transportation
Work on individual projects in relation to travel, transportation or sustainability
Identify gaps in current catering processes and provide solutions
Handle accommodation requests for different travel arrangements (long stays, meetings, etc.) : hotel sourcing, negotiation, contracting
Support the designated departments’ specific project needs.

Essential Requirements For The Position :

Be enrolled in a College or University

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Good relationship building skills

Can-do" attitude and open mind-set

Strong Analytical and negotiations skills

Basic Knowledge of the Procurement and / or Travel process is recommended / Interest in Sustainability

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus

Working Conditions :

Position based in Luxembourg

Temporary intern position

Duration : 6 to 9 months

A certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
