As Vice President Marketing &Acquisition, you play an integral role in achieving FINNs ambitiousgrowth targets. Working closely with FINNs Chief Growth Officer,you define the long-term strategy for growth across the channelsPaid Marketing, SEO, Partnerships, Affiliate and Offline Marketingacross FINNs B2C and B2B target groups. You are responsible for anannual marketing budget that exceeds 10€m in 2024 and scales fromthere. Your objective is to make FINN the natural choice foreveryone looking for individualmobility.

Define thelong-term acquisition strategy : You own FINN’s marketing effortsacross channels and target groups. You define and execute a winninglong-term acquisition strategy to achieve FINN’s ambitious growthtargets.Steer channels and budgets : Youholistically steer FINNs acquisition channels and campaigns todrive conversion and maximize impact. You continuously optimizemarketing spend to achieve targets at maximumefficiency.Test new channels : By establishingadditional channels to reach and acquire customers, you play a keyrole in FINN’s ambition to have 250k subscribers by the end of2027.Recruit, lead, develop and retain FINN’scustomer acquisition team. Direct and develop your team members tomaximize team performance and engagement to scale customeracquisition at FINN. Pivot the team as necessary to test newchannels andapproaches.YourProfile
4+ years ofleadership experience in a high-growth company with a strongtrack-record in a marketing function, leading a team of 10+FTEs.Experience in leveraging data and tech todrive revenue (e.g. MMM, DDA, Personalization,Product)Track record of owning the long-termmarketing vision and strategy, successfully balancing prioritiesand delivering on KPIs in a quickly changing environment with astrong emphasis on driving impact.Highlyanalytical and data-driven, coupled with customer obsession andeagerness to develop a deep understanding of our customers’needs.Graduated top of yourclass.Fluent in German andEnglish.Interested inJoining Our Fast-GrowingStartup?
