This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards supporting different teams . We are hiring a person to join as Finance/ Administrative Assistant in our Office in Germany (Erlangen)
Main Responsibilities & Duties:
Perform activities with strong organization and control, ensuring efficient completion of tasks and support for operational success
Provide support to analysts and managers across various departments such as Finance, Accounting, Procurement, among others and helping them meet their goals and deliver results.
Manage daily office operations, including overseeing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and maintaining an organized and efficient working environment.
Act as the point of contact for office inquiries, ensuring smooth communication across departments and providing necessary administrative support.
Assist in the preparation and management of:
Stay informed about laws, regulations, and policies related to occupational risk prevention and environmental management.
Promote safe and sustainable work practices in the workplace by ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
